Winutuxu - Is it XP?, is it Ubuntu?

A hacked version of Windows XP with Ubuntu's famous Human theme is making rounds on the internet. It seems it's a cracked copy of the OS with tons of free opensource applications installed on it.

Though I didn't install on my test machine, maybe some one could post more about it.
