Try this if you are feeling really lucky. This is not a guaranteed gift, it just gets you into the lot of desperate souls.

Instead, you can get your version of Visual Studio Standard Express edition.

VS Orcas beta 1 comes with .Net 3.5 (including C# 3.0 and VB.Net 3.0), if you are interested ;)
